The first step to changing your address is to register for a secure online account through the online system using the link above. Please note that the online system link will open in a new window. You will need a valid email address to register for your secure online account. The email address you register will become your User ID. The registration of your email address and creation of an online user account is a one-time only process. Your online account can be used for most processes related to your license or registration.

For security reasons your information will not be updated until you furnish the above information with your request.

Please allow at least 30 days after submitting your application before calling our office to check the status of new Apprentice registrations or examination applications. If your new Apprentice registration application has been processed, your new Apprentice registration number can be located by performing a search using the full name you supplied on the application. If you find your new number, then your card is in the mail and you should receive the card within a few days.
